Bulk room rates are available on blocks of 10 rooms or more per night. These rates are anywhere from 5% to 30% below our published rates. Time of year, days of the week, number of rooms, number of people, catering order and more affect the final rate, so please contact sales@treasuremountaininn.com to receive a custom quote for your next off-property meeting.
Winter Policies are in effect from December 1 to April 30;
Summer Policies are in effect from May 1 to November 30.
BLOCK SPACE: Summer: Unused block space will automatically return to availability 30 days prior to arrival. Thereafter, group rate will apply on a space available basis. Winter: Unused block space will automatically return to availability 60 days prior to arrival. Thereafter, group rate will apply on a space available basis. No room block exists until the Hotel receives an executed copy of this contract.
CANCELLATION: Summer: Cancellations received 14 days or fewer from the date of arrival will be charged in full. Winter: Cancellations received 60 days or fewer from the date of arrival will be charged in full.
SMOKING POLICY: All rooms are NON SMOKING. $500 cleaning charge will be assessed if room smells of smoke on departure.
RATES/ATTRITION/MINIMUMS/GUARANTEES:
1. Group rates are available to all attendees for at least 3 days prior and 3 days after the meeting dates, subject to availability of rooms at the time of reservation. Group/negotiated rates are NOT commissionable.
2. Summer: Group may release up to 20% of the total contracted room block up to 30 days prior to arrival without penalty provided the nightly room block is 10 rooms or more. Winter: Group may release up to 20% of the total contracted room block up to 60 days prior to arrival without penalty provided the nightly room block is 10 rooms or more. Group shall be charged 25% of room and tax up to $2500 for all rooms released in excess of the allowable 20% before prior to those cutoff dates. Group shall be charged 50% of room and tax for all rooms released in excess of the allowable 20% after cutoff and before cancellation date; however, the Hotel will make reasonable efforts to re-sell the released rooms. The Hotel will not charge Group for rooms that are resold. Reservations received after the cutoff date will be counted toward the room block.
3. A $250++ minimum charge shall be applied for all catered functions. A restaurant is located on the premises in addition to the many Main Street restaurants for groups too small to justify a privately catered function. Please see the front desk for recommendations.
4. Meal quantities are determined based on the number of guests registered for a given group and all final costs are figured accordingly. Extra persons will be charged at the stated rate, plus gratuity and tax.
5. Gratuity of 20% is charged on all food & beverage functions. A minimum of $50 gratuity is charged on all catered functions including but not limited to Meals and Snacks.
